Толкование на группу стихов: Ис: 36: 22-22
We will say nothing of the obvious interpretation that such a story so often requires so that those who had heard the blasphemies against God ripped their tunics asunder, seeing that King Hezekiah himself had also heard the profane sayings. After they had communicated the report that God had been blasphemed because of them, they understood that they themselves were responsible. For it was not permitted for the enemy to enter into their gates of the city of God and do such rebellious things as these. And even if they themselves were not responsible for these things, yet they were anxious because they certainly did not want to suffer the same fate that Samaria and its people suffered because of their own wickedness.
